Okay place to work but some changes needed - Recensione dipendente - Information Technology presso Advanced Technology International

Not willing to pay what people are worth with comparative experience and certs compared to local market values. IT dept as a whole is kinda ignored and disregarded in some ways. The only award or recognition I received in the years I was there was for years of service when others all over the company were recognized alot for accomplishment. Just saying if I protect your company and keep the gears turning everyday and you fail to acknowledge me.....it's a slap in the face.
