Lots of work. Constant change *could* be a "pro" if you like it. The market segment is brutal but they are fairly well established in it.

Corporate office pay vs "field" out of alignment. Constant "throwing under the bus" Pretty much bottom of the barrel management. There are so many opportunities to own their space in a big way but they will never make it without the polished, professional managers that can actually lead. If you don't hire the people most successful in their field, how you you be the most successful in your space?
