Advantus is the perfect place to work if you: 1. Want to go into an office 5 days a week, sit at your desk for 8 hours per day, don’t talk to coworkers beyond surface-level chitchat, don’t expect anything above a 3% raise annually, and be complacent 2. Have a fixed mindset (not interested in growth) 3. Are ok with management bringing their conservative politics into the office 4. Are ok with management using unprofessional language 5. Are ok with micromanagement The CEO once said in a company-wide meeting “we been doing the same thing for 25 years and we ain’t changing” and that will be their demise.
