2) Manager and Team leads not have technical knowledge, they don't have knowledge in which technology you are working
2) They always prefer freshers because freshers are working in a low salary .
3) They want u give your maximum time in office , your work if complete or not they only want u stay in office as more as possible.
4) if you resign they don't give your bonus and cut your salary.
5) No senior resources are available for learning for freshers.
6) They don't give you opportunity for switch your technology and grow.
