It's really fun to work at a science museum and be able to impact so many people every day. Lots of great energy and ideas from other educators and people on the ground floor. Very passionate coworkers and great networking opportunities. Direct experience with my team was amazing

Leadership and administration failed to look out for best interests of staff and turnover was extremely high. Educators were usually burned out and taken advantage of. A lot of workplace politics and lack of transparency made for a sour culture. Loss of morale and purpose the longer I was there. Was a really cool job to do for a while, but I just felt disappointed by the end.
