If you can play the political game, and you’re a white straight man, you can rise fast. They do have a partnership program. There can be a bonus based on company performance but the criteria are biased.

Executives are chosen amongst personal friends of the founders. Rampant incompetence in leadership. Diversity is simply for advertising and not truly applied. Low wages. Lack of a proper company strategy. Executives will hunt down the lower waged employees that ask too many questions. Complete disregard to pandemic context and employees health. There is a lot of overwork due to the lack of proper process and transparency.
