      Niche operations in enterprise cost reduction & strategic sourcing Great training and on boarding processes, well documented knowledge repository Excellent people

      Svantaggi

      Not too many downsides other than the fact that is a small company with great offerings, but, they play in a space heavily contested by the larger consulting companies. So, even though the Advisere team may have the best proposal, few times business is awarded to other companies.

      Small company, lost business to the big4 even when Advisere's value proposition was the best and that was sometimes frustrating...
