Good company to work for as have no issue in offering good salaries if the candidate is good. People listen to the ideas, good working environment and enough on-floor learning available.

The biggest con is that people only listed to good ideas, implementing the idea or changing game plan is another story. Company hires talent but is usually reluctant in utilizing it. Pressure is not of work but of unimportant issues. Lack of vision and authority at mid management level.
