Very relaxed atmosphere in comparison to their top client Boeing. They offer a flexible schedule and offer overtime pay if the work is there.

Lots of foreign workers with horrible communication skills. They generally hire average developers and testers and pay them fairly low. Certain management level employees are certainly there for the long term and absolutely don't have the skills to do the jobs themselves.

Fairly flexible. Good benefit. Most of the competent people are non-management. Boeing seems to like it and gives it enough business. The project managers are the real bosses so if you have a good project manager, you'll enjoy the job.
