Over time, executive decision making has increasingly felt disconnected from field realities and customer needs. In particular, recent leadership decisions from senior management, including the CEO and CFO, have been widely debated internally and have created significant frustration within the sales organization.
From my perspective, a number of these decisions negatively impacted morale and contributed to instability in the sales team, with many strong performers choosing to leave. There was also a growing sense in the field that execution misalignment at the top made it harder to maintain momentum with customers and support growth initiatives effectively.
