2yThank you for taking the time to leave this review. Firstly, I would like to reassure you that we do listen. From Aevi Voice to all the coffee calls I have with our Aevi’ators across the business every week; and we do this because how people are feeling and what their challenges are is extremely important to us – and we act on them.
I’m sad to hear that you didn’t feel you had a work-life balance, but I appreciate that being in a team that’s on-call (which may sometimes involve weekend and bank holiday work), wasn’t for you.
I am concerned to hear that you feel that you’ve experienced leadership style through fear, this is not Aevi culture, which you can see reflected through previous Glassdoor comments. I would encourage you to reach out to one of the HR team to share your concerns.
Finally, I can categorically assert that we are not content with keeping the lights on, we truly believe that we will achieve great things in the future.
