1yThank you for your review. I agree that our people are lovely – and I also agree that our offices in Prague could be better, but we’re working on this.
We’re a small company, so career opportunities aren’t always as obvious as they are in bigger companies, but we always aim to support people with their career aspirations – which is why we have annual career conversation (as part of our annual review process). Our people can also reach out to our People team and they can also help.
I do disagree however that management are rigid and don’t listen – we have so many channels in place to ensure that everyone (and I mean everyone) has a voice – and the People team play a key role in this.
Finally, I want to address the fact that you’ve heard rumours about discrimination and harassment at Aevi. We have a ZERO tolerance to this kind of behaviour, and in the very rare instance we do hear of anything which could even vaguely resemble this kind of behaviour, we come down hard on this and quickly (and publicly). Should you have any concrete examples of this, I would like to very strongly encourage you to reach out to our Chief People Officer and share this information with her. There is no place in Aevi for any form of discrimination or harassment.
