Everyone works hard, takes ownership, and has a passion for their function and what we are building. People are nice and helpful. A good mix of both independent and team work. Startup culture with flexibility to work hybrid and/ or remote. Easy to communicate with anyone in the organization and people value having an opinion and taking leadership roles. Company has some really innovative products and has a lot of opportunity to grow with them

Industry and company have shifts and for a small company there are lot of pivots in strategy to adjust to where the market is heading. These can be stressful but also yield a lot of opportunity to grow and learn new aspects of the business and market. Not a good place for people who aren't adaptable or are used to very narrow focused roles ad there's a lot of cross-functional work and extension beyond base job roles that many may not be comfortable learning or undertaking. Fast pace and high intensity required may not be for everyone.

I’ve had a great experience working at Afficiency. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There’s a strong sense of mutual respect, and people are willing to help each other succeed. Leadership is another standout aspect.
