I notice with many teams, they make there own rules up, what can be sold for a group already in force and change it at times. Also put condition's on bundling which many clients don t like after they find out. I think this is twisting the sell. I m not in favor of that. I want my business to stay on the books. Also i am asked to pay a fee for selling to the team if i want to stay. PS: they don t help us to earn it in my opinion.

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
