Nice commission structure around half of sales which means theoretically unlimited income, set your own schedule.

Svantaggi

You are cold calling or going door to door which is tough and you get no pay until you sell. This set up is only for people who know they can already do the job.

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
