      Lack of growth. If you're not apart of the "clique", you won't be promoted. You can be a great worker with excellent stats and will be denied interviews b/c they already selected the person they want on that team.

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
