CEO uses abusive language and even insults in front of everyone. Treat employees like slaves. Only 30 mins break for lunch and after that if you will be seen sitting in cafeteria or outside for tea break, you will be asked questions and given negative marking. You need to submit performance sheets two times in a month which will raise sword on your head and your performance will be marked on it for salary review. All the events and town hall meetings are planned on weekends or after office hours and made compuslory for everyone to attend the same. They expect employees to write positive reviews online about the company for good hikes. They can ask you anytime or on the spot to travel outside state on train or bus which can consume 2-3 days of travel. Flights are only allowed if its very very urgent. The provide damaged, outdated, second hand laptops or systems to joinees and hardly purchased any new equipment.

Leadership is the biggest problem here. The CEO is completely disconnected from reality — takes credit for every deal but has little to no real involvement in closing them. Very high on ego, very low on accountability. There’s zero structure or seriousness when it comes to business. Calls you for meetings from another city and then doesn’t show up, with random excuses. Meanwhile, priorities seem to be elsewhere. Sales team has no clarity, no support, and no incentives. You’re expected to deliver numbers with no backing. Reimbursements are constantly delayed, and salaries aren’t reliable either. Finance is more focused on internal politics and pleasing the top leadership than actually doing their job. The company is struggling financially, and it shows in every function. Layoffs have already happened, and instead of fixing things, the focus is on managing perception. HR and founder’s office are actively pushing people to post fake positive reviews to hide the ground reality. No appraisals for the last two years. People have mentally checked out. Moonlighting is common because no one feels secure or valued. Work culture is honestly one of the worst I’ve seen — toxic, political, and directionless. Don’t be misled by recent positive reviews; all are planted. If you want the real picture, just reach out to current or former employees directly — you’ll hear the same story.
