Vantaggi
I taught myself a new industry and role from the ground up, despite receiving no support and being set up to fail from the start
Svantaggi
My time with this company was deeply disappointing. From the start, there was no training, no support, and no foundational tools to succeed. Expectations changed constantly, creating an unpredictable and unstable work environment. Internal culture felt cliquish—like high school politics in a professional setting. Despite the company’s outward alignment with Christian values, that didn’t extend to internal behavior. Team calls often included inappropriate jokes about faith and competitors, making it uncomfortable and unprofessional. Reporting issues to HR? Not a safe option. Any attempt at discretion was met with retaliation—subtle at first, then unmistakable. Whether you're pushed out or pressured to quit, it's clear they’d rather silence concerns than solve them. Ideas and process improvements were routinely dismissed. Much of the work felt reactive, disorganized, and undervalued. Despite multiple performance reviews each year, promised bonuses were not delivered. One final warning: if you plan to leave, use your vacation time beforehand. Despite what state law or the employee handbook might suggest, don’t expect to receive any of your accrued paid time off. Their legal and HR approach feels intentionally murky. The “We All Sell” motto is misleading. It’s every person for themselves, and collaboration is nearly nonexistent. During my tenure, turnover was high—but rarely acknowledged. If you’re considering applying, I strongly encourage you to dig deeper and ask tough questions before accepting an offer.
