      The owners aren't afraid to reinvent their whole business model when newer marketing technology makes old methods obsolete. Plus it's the only place I've ever worked that does extra effort at their own expense to make clients happy if the satisfaction rating is less than 8 out of 10.

      Could be a bumpy ride for someone who isn't an old hand at marketing.

      The owners are great and always checking in and making sure you're doing okay. They genuinely care about your well-being and want to see you succeed both professionally and personally. Also, the level of care and detail in the training provided gave me incredible insights into the insurance and financial industry. Which I believe really shows the company’s professionalism and dedication as they are willing to invest in their people so they, in turn, can deliver top-notch service to their clients.
