The environment is friendly, and my supervisor was always open to questions. Work can be challenging sometimes, and individual thinking/problem solving was encouraged.

Shared office with real estate agents, can be noisy sometimes. The pay is bit low. There isn't a specific schedule. Not using front-end framework to accelerate development.
