- Great workplace - Nice benefits - Young and active staff (Most people are definitely under 30) - International environment - Fast-moving, ie. once you get suggestions going they are implemented quickly

- Target-driven. You have a daily and monthly target, and these are public (they are shown on large screens across the office). It's not an issue for me personally, and nobody will bother you about it, but if you're not comfortable with this you'll struggle - High tempo. Definitely not a normal sales job, for good and bad. It's a lot of fun, but it requires a lot of effort - Sales culture. For some people this will be a positive, but there is a high focus on performing well.

- Ageras is growing at an extreme pace and this creates endless career opportunities - Extremely communicative management and colleagues, feedback is taken seriously and actions are planned - Ageras understands work-life balance and respects this balance -Culture is conductive to creating friends and creates lots of opportunities to get involved (outside of COVID) - You get to work with extremely motivated and ambitious colleagues and leaders - You actually get to help both private businesses but also bigger clients - that's amazing! I could not be happier working for Ageras and through all of my years of working in sales and SaaS, this is a place I can call home.

Sometimes the office AC doesn't chill the office enough but the solution is to visit the rooftop terrace.
