AgilOne has been the most rewarding experience of my professional career. You have to work really hard here and be a self-starter, and if you're willing to stop at nothing to get the job done, they will take care of you. Its definitely a family like atmosphere and everyone in the family has proven to have a solid and dedicated work ethic. Together we are building something phenomenal and with that comes challenges, times when we don't get along, but also thrilling achievements. You have to be dedicated and "stick it out" to appreciate.

It's a start-up...don't expect ANY part of your job to be taken care of for you. This may be perceived as a con if you're used to a large company. Every company has its flaws - I am familiar with what's going on at other companies in our competitive landscape and in my opinion the grass is a lot greener at AgilOne. We have a proven product that rises above the noise in the marketplace to be the solution our audience REALLY needs to be successful. And we have a likable team. It's really hard to beat a good product and friendly people.
