No company is perfect. As Agile continues to grow, things are evolving (formalizing procedures, updating technology, etc.) - that comes with the territory of growth, right? Pay is good possible OT. Not a physical job you just stand there holding a paddle control traffic. The insurance was good

The job has losses alot of people because they are lazy and can't do simple instructions. No set end time which means you can be out there late at night so its hard to plan anything for that day or have kids to pick up. Not much room for advancement
