Great people to work. Wide sales area. Easily find branch in the world. Opened great information in internal sites. Still have world-famouse great resources. During fast 4years, there was cash bonus twice in year. Still Agilent is No 1. measurement company even few my friend who work on this area know this.

Too many managers - many layers make slow response and dicision. Too verticalized organization - it makes hard to do some coorprated project between organization. Quality was downed after factory move to China, Malay. - it's happen all companies but, instrument quality is very critical. Many customer complane quality. We lose many expert when moving the factory. Our pride also downed.

The enterprise comms dept is awful. A toxic environment marked by instability and burnout. Long‑time employees are pushed out, new hires leave, and the culture is defined by fear rather than collaboration. The core issue is the leadership. Limited enterprise‑level experience and a lack of emotional intelligence have created a culture of micro-managing, reactive decisions, and psychological insecurity. Instead of providing clarity and strategic leadership, the leader fuels confusion, distrust, and exhaustion. The result is a dysfunctional department where morale is low, workloads are unsustainable, and employees feel unsafe speaking up.
