The company operated for years as if it was a brand new startup without being able yo find a stable rhythm and structure. Management overhauls,corporate restructure, complete shifts in priorities, and large scale layoffs have occurred fairly routinely. Company works on or two projects at a time,but deadlines are so aggressive that project organization is seriously lacking. There is also a serious imbalance of genders in positions of power, and this imbalance has gotten worse over the years, not better.
