Most of the employees, even in upper management were very nice and helpful throughout the day. There's usually a consistent flow of work to keep you busy and they are pretty good about hiring if the workload becomes overwhelming. The CEO does make an effort to employ people that he knows need a job, especially those who had to seek asylum, which I really appreciated

There are 2-3 people in upper management that are too full of themselves. Their communication is terrible, you will be talked over, for example they will say "listen to me" while ignoring you. They also micro manage a lot, they'll come up to and ask to see what you are doing, which feels like they assume you're slacking off and are trying to catch you, they will also decide the importance of what you are doing and how long they think that task should take despite not having experience doing it. You will often hear someone getting yelled at and talked down to publicly in a very inappropriate and unprofessional way
