- Little to no chances to get promoted - Lack of investment in training compared to similar companies (every training is given by other Agoda employees, rarely to never to they hire external trainers) - A lot depends on your manager: whether you get promoted, how much visibility you'll get within the organization. You can be the best performer, but from what I have seen, that's not very important
