KPI calculations are confusing because of rampant tools and processes experimentation. Micromanagement is rampant. Career opportunities seems always available, but they are always on a "secondee" roles. Should an internal employee got promoted, the salary increase can be as minimum 10%. Sure it depends on the level of qualification and skills, but people don't get to take on huge roles and got paid at a minimum. Salary offer is always the breaking point.
