- initially good salary for first jobber - good colleagues - good work life balance

- very low increment of salary - managers have different standards for the same job title / job level although the job scopes are not that different, this leads to delayed promotion for some people. Put in same amount of effort but different managers evaluate differently so one got lower score and didn’t get promotion that they deserved - one that got promoted doing the same job as one that didn’t get promoted, so one is getting paid higher with same amount of job/task - no transparency, mostly management updated that company did well every month except for December but that affected the whole year bonus
