      After spending 17 years in HR, I desperately searched to get out. Bully environment, company can only keep mediocre employees, as the best employees are hard to retain due to limited or no opportunities. Management lacks integrity, and employees lack the necessary skills.

      - Benefits are incredible. Health insurance is generous and reasonably priced, loads of additional benefits, PTO and sick time is generous - Culture is cohesive and friendly - Solid remote work culture and acceptance, though they are moving to a two-day in office rule in 2026

      - Senior leadership is sometimes inaccessible - Low turnover and small number of positions makes internal advancement difficult
