The people at Agrimetrics are probably one of the best things about working here. The engineers are a lovely bunch in particular. The work-life balance is great and there is a healthy culture of flexible working. Engineers have a lot of autonomy and trust to carry out their work. The engineering team has a relatively flat structure. There are weekly training sessions. We're always experimenting with new technologies and evolving our ways of working.

Upper management could communicate better with the engineering team. Since going remote-first we are becoming more and more disconnected with them. The product could use some more direction as recently there appears to be a bit more of a lack in focus.
