As with any startup, there’s less structure than in a bigger company. Meetings get moved around and priorities shift frequently. I'm adaptable but some people are rigid and need structure to keep their heads on straight 🤣

I’ve been working for this company for over three years caring for my mother that has Alzheimer’s disease she has been bedbound during this time Aidaly have been a blessing in my life if it was a for this company, I don’t know how I would manage they have provided the extra income and support I need to continue taking care of my mom at home.Aidaly feel more like family then just a company whenever you need them, they always there. They also give you opportunity to get certified.
