The people are sharp and friendly: a rare combination. The CEO is a visionary who provides drive, compassion, and focus to a healthcare arena plagued by needless bureaucracy. And the terrace is great for working outdoors, especially with the new patio furniture!

      If you want to work slightly more flexible hours at the office, it's hard to arrange--not because of Aidin, but due to building security.

If you like building things, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving environment, it’s a great place to grow. Leadership is approachable, ideas move quickly, and you get exposure to a lot of different parts of the business.

      Like most growing startups, things can change quickly and priorities sometimes shift fast. Processes are still being built out in some areas, so you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. Workloads can be heavy at times, especially during periods of growth or large customer launches.
