Never seen firing any employee even when they were on bench- May be one or two !

No transportation facility 5. Salary not on time 6.No medical insurance 7. Last minute preparations always be it client visit , Festival celebrations or outings. 8. Less leave policy - No medical leaves. 9. No training sessions on technologies. 10. Appraisal never happens on time .
