Free canteen. Investment in training is the best I've seen. Tons of travel opportunity. Range of other decent perks. People here are generally friendly. Great place to work.

Svantaggi

Dated remote work policies "Fast paced" is an understatement. Non-sales often feels overlooked.

Thanking you for taking the time to write this review, delighted to see that after 3 years you still believe this is a "great place to work". We know not everyone is a fan of our WFH policy; however, we strongly believe that this is the reason we still are a great place to work, having people together (you can see many companies now making the move to get people back to the office as the impact it's had on culture). We do know that ACS is not 9-5, and we do make everyone aware of this. There are support functions like on call and ops to assist with the out of hours work. In addition to the ways out of hours can be supported, we do recognize the hard work through generous PTO and invest heavily in our people including the events. Thank you for your feedback. It is definitely not a 9-5 role, hopefully this was made clear to you in the interview process and sales can be high stress. However, we try to balance that with time back and above industry benefits.
