I'm remote, that in of itself is a pro but it's not SUPER monitored. Ofc you have a monitored chat and you'll be reprimanded if you cuss but my managers aren't in my DMs everyday freaking out about nothing.

The actual customers can be a struggle but that's not any different from your current job so. Grain of salt.
Pat isn't as competitive as it could be for a "diagnostics specialist" title but it's a really nice job. I would recommend it to anyone who's sick of their back hurting or knuckles bleeding.
