      ability to work from home..good industry..but the company is not poised to fail

      Management is clueless - no business insights no backbone no strategy no vision They will try random things to keep the clients, including random things that will be shot down..End of the day the engineers will be working all night resulting in things that are neither clients nor management are happy with..You will spend 3 consecutive all nights ending with management shouting at you.. Relationship with clients are terrible and this causes plenty of stress..

      a lot of impassioned technical folks - just need some good guidance and TLC. You reap what you sow - if you are self -motivated - this will be the place for you - if you require formalized planning and guidance - you will not be happy. There is not a shared strategic vision - a collection of tactical deliverables sometimes misses the big picture
