The work is very interesting. There aren't really other places you can do the same things in the space industry in the UK. The pay is OK, and there is quite a lot of opportunity for flexible working. The people I work with also make this a very good place to work.

The buildings and office accommodation in Stevenage are in a bit of a state. There are regular plumbing issues, the heating is often off when its cold and on when its hot and most of the office accommodation has no air conditioning.
