Below avg pay , very poor management , will write you up for anything , never sign anything they put in front of you , never go to human resources with a problem they will work against you to get you fired , seen it to many times . If your a woman , huge glass ceiling here . No training and lots of turn over , more you make the closer your are to leaving , going younger to pay less.
