      decent pay for the hours that you work. Outstanding group of worker bees while the management was somewhat clueless...... because of hiring from outside the industry for middle management positions.

      The entire company (distribution, production, and sales) were micro managed to death. 12 years of experience and no voice in day to day decisions. Middle manager that I reported to either couldn't or wouldn't think for himself and would not make a decision without getting approval from everyone that would listen.
