Is an environment of extreme ownership. We need people to feel like this is their own baby not just the founders. To scale a business we need leaders. If we aren’t constantly teaching others how to do our role, the company can’t grow and you can’t grow professional and interpersonally. We invest in people not companies. You will get pissed at your coworkers. You will work through it. You will be happy with your coworkers. You will celebrate it. Everyone gets second chances here. We aren’t a “see what sticks” culture. If you are brought it consider yourself a family member. We don’t leave family behind. We work through your flaws and create opportunities out of them. Every problem is an opportunity to problem solve, create and innovate. We do technology to create a better lodging experience but that’s not what it’s about. We want to make the biggest impact we can on the world day in and day out. This is just the platform we are using to do so. Being invoked with this business is hard. We like hard. Hard means rewarding. Grow up not in.
