Great work environment for career progression

The 8/6 schedule was difficult to get used to.

I enjoyed all the people I worked with and felt a sense of family. The company did all they could to accomodate the personal needs I was going through.

The salary was lacking and I found it difficult to survive in today's economic environment without having a second job. Downsizing departments.
