      - the pace is challenging, even for those who enjoy it you'll be wishing for an off-switch at times - lots of change in all areas, processes and products change faster than you would imagine possible - there is very little focus on improving the balance for employees, there is flexibility offered but the level of flexiblity is not consistent across teams. For some the expectation is that they will always be on and available

We appreciate your recognition of the improvements made in your time with the business, we don't always get it right but we are always focused on making positive changes and it's great to see that it is having an impact for the team.
