Re-orgs are frequent, factions are confusing, and they need sweet talkers rather than doers. Bureaucracy is heavy, the top brass is good at the gaslighting, you can't make any mistakes, or you'll be fired, you can't miss any calls while on vacation or you'll be fired, mass hiring and then mass firing every year is how it plays out, and you have to take being on call 24/7 as a matter of course. During my year at this company, I couldn't breathe when I was near the office, my physical exam revealed many nodules, and all of those symptoms disappeared after I fled this horrible place. Just want to caution young people thinking of joining this company to run as far away as possible, and for those unfortunate enough to already be in this company, please realize that there are better and more humane companies out there than this one and be prepared to pull out. P.S. many of the 5-star reviews are from HR themselves!
