      chill office environment (unless at airport), understanding supervisors, fair training, press for free uber back home if they keep you late

      airport environment is stressful, and they leave you there to fend for yourself. CEO will yell at you and demean in front of everyone for close to nothing. People have left their first day of work because of this. They expect you to be available 24/7. Past 20 hours/week, the hours vary with how many cancellations. I left because it was too far during school, but it wasn't bad overall.

      This company says passenger service instead, they rip off the passengers, keep them at the airport to use their own transportation, they over-bill the airlines for hotels that hire them. They bring everyone to the office to make the office look like they are big. They take advantage of immigrant funding and treat them poorly. The managers help them rip off passengers that need to buy tickets at the airport.. the GTAA agents get kickbacks to help this company bypass Ubers and taxis.
