The technology developed at Aiven solves a unique technical problem. No one else in the market is doing anything close to this level of innovation. Staff here are open minded and lean on experimenting with ideas rather than spending a long time pontificating on ideas. It's also very easy to be human here. The commitment to improving the open source world is wonderful.

Sometimes it can be a challenge if one needs a clear direction. Because the company is open to ideas there is not always a clear yes or no (but rather a let's try attitude).
