- If you're someone who doesn't like having multiple projects on the go, and a variety of client industries (so no two projects being the same), then this may not be the place for you - Because no new projects are the same, you're always having to adapt to the methodologies and approaches used. Lots of importance put on understanding the methodologies used and the 'why' of certain research approaches for different problem spaces.

The work done at Akendi is top quality. Senior staff are knowledgeable and open to mentor. It feels like a family environment. Everyone was super nice.

Revenue wasn't a lot in general, and therefore, salaries were low compared to the market. Due to the size of the company, staff might end up with too much on their plate, and due to the consulting nature in some cases, time for projects might be tight.
