Terrible upper management. HR is out of touch with the work force. Procurement will not order parts in a timely manner. Ex: I ordered priority 1 parts at the beginning of April. Found a local supplier with the parts in stock. Customer was without air. May 1st, I was told to reorder parts due to someone losing my purchase request. Parts finally came in July 10. This is unacceptable and makes me personally look bad to my customers.
