AKIRA is ahead of its time when it comes to diversity. There are so many different types of people and it's one big community. Anyone can have an idea and get it implemented if you present it to the team. The owners are close to the action which makes it feel smaller than it actually is and almost family-owned because of how much they care about every single person. Also, everyone loves to have fun.

Grew very fast so some corporate type things still need to be put into place, but everyone is so open to it and it is a group effort so it is already getting done!
