Akraya has been one of the best contractors to work for. They are extremely helpful and only want the best for you and to be successful. The entire team Khyati who initially reached out to me and was so sweet, Madhulika who walked me through the hiring process and was always available to help when I needed, as well as Pooja Ashita and Neha who made sure I had a clear understanding, and always available to help. They all did an amazing job with my onboarding and staying professional and I highly recommend them.

Pay negotiation could have been better. I was also disapponited that W2 employees are not paid for public holidays.

Regarding public holidays, we want to clarify that our W2 hourly employees are paid at their contracted hourly rate for hours actually worked. This structure allows us to offer competitive hourly rates, and many employees find it flexible to align their schedules with their personal needs. JP who took accountability for miscommunication and the incorrect information being provided during my onboarding.

A lot of miscommunication especially within the several people I was dealing with. If it wasn't for JP who took full accountability during the onboarding and communication. I dont think I would have decided to accept the contract.
